Order Process
1) You will place your order
2) After your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email.
3) Processing Period will begin. Processing time is 3-5 business days which EXCLUDES weekends and holidays.
4) Once the processing period is complete, you will receive another email stating your order is fulfilled. Your tracking number will be found in this email.
5) Your packaged will be shipped via USPS Priority mail within (2-3 business days US) and (6-10 business days international)

- (United States) 1-3 Business Days via USPS Priority mail
- (International) 6-10 Business Days via USPS Priority mail
- Shipping period doesn't include PROCESSING period and begins AFTER processing period is completed.
REFUNDS/RETURNS & Cancellations
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once buyers have received their order we cannot issue refunds.
- Returns are accepted ONLY when buyers receives incorrect items
- If you place an order and would like to cancel your order a cancellation fee of $25.00 will be deducted. Orders may only be cancelled within 48 hours after placing orders anytime after that we can not cancel orders.
- PLEASE BE MINDFUL REFUNDS TAKE 5-10 days to appear on statements
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Unfortunately at Kozybundles we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We will not issue refunds if your package has been lost or stolen. We will not replace your order if your package has been lost or stolen. This issue will need to be taken up with your local post office.
